Our services are designed for Australians approaching retirement or already retired. Most of our clients are between 50 and 75, with superannuation balances ranging from $300,000 to $3 million.
We work best with people who value clarity over complexity, who want advice untethered from product sales, and who understand that retirement planning is strategic, not transactional.

While our office is based in Sydney, we work with clients across Australia. Most consultations are conducted via secure video conferencing, though in-person meetings can be arranged for Sydney-based clients.
Distance doesn't limit effectiveness. What matters is the quality of the strategy, not the location of the meeting.

Common questions before reaching out
Do I need to prepare anything before contacting you?
No. The initial conversation is exploratory. If we move forward, we'll provide a checklist of documents to gather, but there's no preparation needed for first contact.
How quickly can we get started?
Most clients have their first consultation within one week of reaching out. From there, timelines depend on the service selected, but most engagements are completed within 4-6 weeks.
What if I'm not ready to commit to a service yet?
That's fine. Many people start with the Pension Health Check precisely because it's diagnostic rather than prescriptive. It gives you information to make better decisions, whether you work with us or not.
Do you work with people who already have financial advisors?
Yes. Some clients come to us for a second opinion. Others need specialized pension planning their current advisor doesn't offer. We're collaborative, not competitive.
